Florence Apartment in Oltrarno

A beautiful apartment in Florence's Oltrarno district

Our Oltrarno Guest House is in Florence's historical center, on the second floor of a 17th century Florentine palace. The charming 50 square meter apartment was recently renovated and can host from 2 to 4 guests.

The apartment has a large open-space area where you'll find the living room and kitchen area, plus a master bedroom and a graceful bathroom with window. Some of the spaces look out onto the internal courtyard of the building therefore enjoying the quiet of the inner space.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed with full size mattress for two (size is 140 x 200 cm), a corner sitting area next to a small library full of local guidebooks, a flat LCD TV with CD/DVD reader (several movies and music CDs are available) and free WiFi internet connection. The apartment has its own air-conditioner which you can regulate to your preference.

The modern kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals: stove top with 4 ranges, electrical oven, refrigerator/freezer, electrical coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster and water boiler. It is equipped with tableware and cutlery, pot set and everything you need to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, our guests will find the basic staples to use during your stay: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, spices. This way you can go out and enjoy the city when you first arrive and head out of the apartment, without the need to run out and buy the basics as the first thing you need to do.

The bedroom looks out on the garden of red terracotta rooftops characteristic of our Tuscan cities and is thus bright and sunny. It is particularly peaceful since far from traffic.

It has a romantic bed in wrought iron with gauzy cotton curtains, an antique wardrobe and Liberty style walnut dresser with 18th century mirror. The room has its own air conditioner which allows guests to regulate the room's temperature.
